Some seven months as she was oust from her publishing job at HarperCollins, Judith Regan is still hyping authors she signed to book deals. Regan was on the Vineyard for her Serius Satellite radio show with coauthors Roni DeLuz and James Hester, whose “21 Pounds in 21 Days: The Martha’s Vineyard Diet Detox” is a best seller.
